With truffle season upon us, we absolutely couldn't miss out on bringing back our truffle macarons from 2018.

This year, we've given the truffle macaron a bit of a glow up with a lux marble aesthetic on the outside and on the inside, a completely new presentation of the truffle hazelnut praline flavour.

Each macaron is filled with a truffle buttercream in the centre and then wrapped with a toasted hazelnut praline ganache that has just a hint of saltiness to it.
