Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order, please allow at minimum 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick up
date. This is only possible for our regular items. If your item is custom made, we will not be able to offer
a refund. With cancellations, we will provide you with a full store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your order once it has been received and would like to seek a
refund, we require that you contact us within 24 hours via email at orders@makmak.com.au. We will
need you to provide us with details of why you are unsatisfied with the order and also attach any images
of the order if possible. Once received, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours regarding the
outcome based on our assessment of the information provided.If the claim is eligible for a refund, it will be issued as full store credit as we do not offer cash refunds.
Deliveries
Deliveries are available Monday - Saturday. Orders submitted before 6pm Monday to Friday will usually be shipped the following day. Orders submitted after 6pm Friday will usually be shipped the following Monday.
Allergies
Our products may contain allergens, such as nuts. If you or anyone else is allergic to a specific ingredient, we must be notified at the time an order is placed.
Products
After a product is delivered or picked up, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the product is stored suitably to prevent product damage. All sweet items including cakes, macarons, and cookies should be refrigerated as soon as possible.
- Cakes have a storage life of 7 days refrigerated
- Macarons have a storage life of 7 days refrigerated
