We combined 100s and 1000s and the 36hour cookie dough to create a cookie that's crunchy and chewy with hits of white chocolate!

Learn the fine art of macaron making from the makers of Sydney's best macarons. A MakMak chef will run an interactive demonstration of the macaron making process then you will prepare your own macarons and taste the results!

During the 2-hour session, you will learn how to make an Italian meringue, how to mix the batter to the right consistency and the tricks you need to be able to pipe your macarons into the perfect round shapes they need to be.

You will leave the class with expert knowledge and insights, plus you'll receive a complimentary gift bag containing the recipe and a stencil that you will need to whip up a batch of macarons at home.
