During the 2-hour session, you will learn how to make an Italian meringue, how to mix the batter to the right consistency and the tricks you need to be able to pipe your macarons into the perfect round shapes they need to be.

You will leave the class with expert knowledge and insights, plus you'll receive a complimentary gift bag containing the recipe and a stencil that you will need to whip up a batch of macarons at home.

4. Check that your numbers add up to the total number of macarons in the box selected.

The delivery fee is for a 'general time' of 9am - 5.30pm. Should you require it for a specific time, please have your orders delivered the day before.

The macarons will be prepared for delivery on the date that you have specified. If you have selected pick up, you can do so anytime during our opening hours on the date that you have specified.

Macarons will last up to 7 days in the fridge.
